    摘要: 中文摘要 有關明日葉之化學成分與藥理作用之報導具有淨血、增強免疫體抗體、防癌、抑制血栓、愛滋病、抗胃酸、胃潰瘍等作用(1),本研究針對四個不同栽培產地的明日葉之根、莖、葉、果實,利用分離的活性主成分4-hydroxyderricin與xanthoangelol為指標成分,進行TLC的定性分析結果得知四個產地均含有4-hydroxyderricin與xanthoangelol兩個成分,及HPLC之含量分析結果得知四個產地在HPLC圖譜上4-hydroxyderricin與xanthoangelol也都有明顯的表現,所以本研究即以4-hydroxyderricin與xanthoangelol為指標成分。並以SOD (superoxide dismutase) 測試及總抗氧化力來評估明日葉之清除自由基能力與抗氧化能力,結果得知四個產地都有表現清除自由基能力與抗氧化能力,其中以葉、果實,有更高且明顯的表現,其清除自由基能力,以溪頭森林遊樂區之明日葉-新鮮葉的清除自由基能力 ( 6643 U/g FW) 為最高、果實-以嘉義縣阿里山奮起湖龍雲山莊(4638 U/g FW) 為最高。在總抗氧化力的表現,以嘉義縣阿里山奮起湖龍雲山莊之明日葉-新鮮葉的抗氧化力 (551μg /g FW)、果實(400μg / g FW) 為最高,以上研究希望能找出高品質、安定性高、快速且專一的最佳品管條件,作為開發中藥及保健植物之參考。; Abstract It has been reported that the chemical components and biological activities of Angelica keiskei include anticholesterogic, immunologic -potential, antibacterial, anticancer, antithrombotic effects as well as inhibiting gastric H+, K+, -ATPase and antiulcer activity in pigs(1). This study of Angelica keiskei, from four different locations, focuses on roots, stems, leaves and fruit. First of all using a TLC analysis with isolated marker components, 4-hydroxyderricin and xanthoangelol, shows the fact that Angelica keiskei contains these components in all four locations of the plants. Secondly, by using HPLC analysis, the result also shows these components in the four different plant locations. Therefore, both TLC and HPLC analyses with isolated marker compon- ents, 4-hydroxyderricin and xanthoangelol are used as a reference. SOD (superoxide dismutase) test and total antioxidant status of crude extracts are also used to determine the ability to eliminate free radicals and the effect of antioxidant raising. The result shows Angelica keiskei in all 4 locations have the ability in eliminating free radicals and rasing antioxidant effect as predicted, among which leaves and fruit are the best. Leaves of the Angelica kei- skei herbs gathered from Hsi-Tou show the best result in the ability to eliminate free radicals. Its activity is (6643 U/g FW). The fruit gathered from Fen-Chi-Ho, Ah-Li-Sen, Cha-Yi area contains the highest dose of ( 4638 U/g FW). As comparing from the total antioxi- dant status, the leaf from Fen-Chi-Ho Ah-Li-Sen valued ( 551μg /g FW) and the fruit valued (400μg /g FW) are the best. The purpose of the study is looking for a fast, stable,senstive and specific analytical method for specification of Angelica keiskei and its derivative products.
