The research is to evaluate the value and solution of problem-based learning in medical education in our country. We take the advantage of internet technology to integrate this problem-based learning model with eLearning technology, to revolute a new teaching model, to improve the quality of teaching, to overcome the shortage of clinical teacher, and to solve the problem of the space and time limitation. The medical experts have found hard, to generate an easy and fast way to transfer their knowledge to the new generation. Problem-based learning was found to be the fastest and most value way to transfer the knowledge. We create an environment that the students was learning through the internet resource, internet image, online medical journal, internet peer groups, and dataware house of electronic medical record, without any lectural notes given.
