著者合成了一系列氟取代查耳酮衍生物,並提供各種生理活性篩選以評估其抗發炎活性。大多數受試化合物都具有顯著的抗發炎活性。其中以3, 4-雙氟-2-羥基查耳酮(9)及3-氟-2-羥基-4-甲氧基查耳酮(10)為最具潛力之物質,其對於中性白血球脫顆粒反應、中性白血球過氧化物形成及巨噬細胞與小神經膠質細胞之腫瘤壞死因子-■形成皆具有相當明顯之抑制活性。因此將針對這兩個化合物進行更進一步的研究。; A series of fluoro derivatives of chalcone was synthesized and evaluated for their antiinflammatory activity by several screening assay. Most of those tested compounds showed significant antiinflammatory activity. Among them, 3, 4?- difluoro-2?-hydroxychalcone (9) and 3-fluoro-2?-hydroxy-4?- methoxychalcone (10) were the most promising agents which demonstrated impressive effects on neutrophil degranulation, neutrophil superoxide formation, and TNF-■formation in macrophage and microglial cells. These two compounds thus selected for further investigation.
