Abstract:	中醫望聞問切四診是辨證論治建立診斷的依據，舌診是望診中主要項目，因舌頭是身體內臟唯一暴露在人體外部不需要侵害而可看到的表象，是中醫診斷疾病重要方法。中醫理論認為“舌苔是脾胃中發生之氣薰蒸而成”，五臟皆稟棄於胃，故可藉以診五臟之寒熱虛實，而脾胃之病更易反應於舌苔之上。近年來中醫科學化的研究廣泛地受到重視，許多研究將舌診配合內視鏡的診斷，證實傳統中醫的理論。紅外線熱象儀是從軍事上而轉移到醫學上，應用在熱影像系統上，非侵襲性、感應又快，利用人體因生理性及病理的改變，如血液循環局部組織之發炎、腫脹、受傷或新陳代謝而影響體表溫度，現今逐漸在研究的一種診斷儀器。社會緊張壓力造成10%以上的人一生中會得到消化性潰瘍、胃炎，這兩種上消化道慢性疾病一直困擾著許多人。1993Marshall & Warren從胃竇組織培養出幽門螺旋桿菌(以下簡稱HP)後，許多研究都指出幽門螺旋桿菌與上消化道疾病息息相關，因此消化幽門螺旋桿菌已成為治療消化性潰瘍的趨勢。目前舌診與幽門螺旋桿菌的相關性研究指出舌苔與幽門菌感染有意義，但這些研究是以傳統望診方式在自然光下進行，無法對觀察結果加以量化。本研究是利用電腦架構，先問有關舌診資料與主訴，辨證分型後，配合做內視鏡病人，在檢查前做舌診資料收集後，以彩色數位相機及紅外線熱像儀拍攝，取得舌像再做內視鏡檢查及做Clo test(檢驗HP的反應試驗)。全案收集118人，經分析後結果發現上消化道疾病感染HP，　舌溫度比非感染低。舌溫對消化道感染HP有無之差異無臨床意義，但在中醫辨證分型上對舌尖與舌左有差異表示辨證論治在中醫臨床上有存在必要。; The four essential diagnostic steps: Inspection、 percussion、history talking and palpation of patient’s pulse in Chinese medicine are the conformity to establish the diagnostic result. The tongued diagnosis is the major item of observing the symptom because the tongue is the only figure that exposes outside the body and needs no invasion. It is the important method to diagnose in Chinese medicine. The theory in Chinese medicine theories, “The fur on the tongue is formed by the emanation forming on the stomach and spleen”. The condition of the five organs would appear on stomach, so the fur on the tongue could be used for diagnosing the health of these five organs. The illness of stomach and spleen are easier to appear on the tongued fur. Recently, because the scientific research of Chinese medicine is widely esteemed, many researches combine the tongued diagnosis with endoscope diagnosis to improve the theory traditional of Chinese medicine. IR(Infrared thermography) thermo-imager is transferred from military to medicine and applied on the thermo-image system. It is no invasion, and its sensitivity is fast. This is a diagnostic instrument researching recently, using the physiological and pathological change of human body such as the inflammation, tumidity, hurt of local tissue and metabolism to affect surface temperature. The social tense pressure causes above 10% of people to contract digestive ulcer and gastritis. These two chronic upper digestive tract diseases bother many people. Since 1993, Marshall and Warren culture Helicobacterium pylori (HP) from pylorus, many researches mention that HP is closed relative to upper digestive tract diseases, HP has become the trend to treat digestive ulcer theory. Now, the relative research with tongued diagnosis and HP mention that the tongued fur is significant to HP, but these researches are processed on the natural light by the traditional observing method. It could not quantify the observing result. This study is used the computer structure. First, ask the tongue diagnostic information and major description, then divide to different types. Combining the endoscope patients to collect tongue diagnostic information before examination, process colored digital camera film, then process endoscope examination and Clo test (the HP examination test). This research had collect 118 patients. After data analysis, the result shows that the temperature from the patients with gastroenteric disorder and infected HP is lower than non-infected HP. The average temperature on the center of tongue is significant. It improved that the temperature of tongue reflects the function of gastroenteric system. So differentiating depend on syndrome is necessary in Chinese tranditional medicine.
