A manufacturing method for highly effective natural plant molluscicide includes steps of mixing soapnut (Sapindus mukorossi) with water in the proportion of 8：1. The isolated saponins from the soapnut are useful for killing the apple snails, and of mixing the saponins of the soapnut with azadirachtin which is the principal constituent of neem (Azadirachta indica) and combined in a certain proportion. The bitter tea powder containing tea saponin is also adding into the mixer of the soapnut saponin with neem oil on according to the testing proportion range. Finally, to making the pure natural plant molluscicides granules from the mixer of the soapnut sapomim, neem oil and the bitter tea powder. Then this mixture has the property of complete natural plant, possible to solve in water, and having 100% effect for killing snails at very low concentration in some days. This natural plant molluscicides will not residue on the crop and harmless to people and safetyto the environment.
