This study is aimed to evaluate the outcomes of the projects conducted in the period of 1911 to 2003, in terms of the themes of teaching hospital accreditation and medical education. Through the examinations of the robust methodology and the practical applications in Taiwan, this study will propose the concrete recommendations for health policy makers, national grant organizations, and researchers in the future studies. The specified purposes in this study include: 1. Evaluation of Methodology The previous projects conducted in the period of 1911 to 2003 will be evaluated in terms of theme significance, theoretical evidence, methodological robust, and accuracy of the results. 2. Evaluation of Practical Application The previous projects conducted in the period of 1911 to 2003 will be evaluated in terms of the breadth and depth of practical application in Taiwan health policies, media, the public, and industries.
