Abstract:	本計劃擬針對民國80年至民國92年衛生署所委託的科技計劃中，有關教學醫院評鑑以及臨床醫學教育品質改革有關的主題研究及其建言，進行科學實證導向之學術性評論分析，以提供未來台灣衛生政策研究計畫主題訂定之方向。研究內容包括： 1)評估過往有關教學醫院評鑑及臨床醫學教育品質改革主題所進行之科技研究計畫之正確性，包括主題之意義性、引用理論之適切性、方法學之正確性、研究結果及建言之可用性等等。 2)了解過往有關教學醫院評鑑及臨床醫學教育品質改革主題所進行之科技研究計畫於國內衛生政策上、媒體、相關民眾、民意機關、產業界等之影響。 This study is aimed to evaluate the outcomes of the projects conducted in the period of 1911 to 2003, in terms of the themes of teaching hospital accreditation and medical education. Through the examinations of the robust methodology and the practical applications in Taiwan, this study will propose the concrete recommendations for health policy makers, national grant organizations, and researchers in the future studies. The specified purposes in this study include: 1. Evaluation of Methodology The previous projects conducted in the period of 1911 to 2003 will be evaluated in terms of theme significance, theoretical evidence, methodological robust, and accuracy of the results. 2. Evaluation of Practical Application The previous projects conducted in the period of 1911 to 2003 will be evaluated in terms of the breadth and depth of practical application in Taiwan health policies, media, the public, and industries.
