有關身心障礙運動員運動傷害之國際研究，過去極少的研究系統性的分析有關身心障礙運動傷害危險因子及探討身心障礙運動分級與運動傷害之關聯，本篇研究的目的在於探討國內三項身心障礙運動之運動傷害發生比例，並深入釐清運動傷害危險因子與身心障礙選手之運動分級、身心障礙運動項目及輔具使用的關係﹔其中輪椅籃球、游泳與桌球項目被加以選擇，所有參加中華民國全國身心障礙運動會之肢體障礙選手皆為本篇之受試者，預計將有400 名選手填寫運動傷害調查問卷；研究資料之收集將採用問卷、訪談及實際傷害評估檢查這三種方式，如此所收集之資料將包含定量與質性之資料，定量結果將包含各項運動選手之運動傷害比例，運動傷害發生之原因，運動傷害之處理方式，運動傷害、使用之相關輔具（包括輪椅、支架、柺杖、固定帶等）與身心障礙運動分級之關係，運動傷害與肢體障礙類別之關係等等﹔質性研究之結果將針對運動傷害原因與輔具使用深入進行個別性的分析，以瞭解內在及外在因子對於運動傷害之影響﹔藉由本篇系統性的分析研究，將能夠更深入瞭解不同專項之身心障礙運動、不同肢障嚴重程度與分級、不同輔具使用、及不同肢障類別之運動選手其運動傷害之情形，如此之結果將能夠對於輪椅籃球、游泳與桌球這三個專項之運動、不同身心障礙嚴重程度、及不同肢障類別之運動選手提出預防運動傷害之直接建議與臨床工作者在肢障運動傷害之評估參考。
With regard to research on disability sport injury, there has little research that systematically analyzed risk factors of sports injury and examined the relationships between classification and sports injury in disability sports. The purpose of this study is to investigate percentage of disability sports injury in Taiwan and identify risk factors and the relationships among classification, sports, the use of assistant devices and injury. Three sports: wheelchair basketball, swimming and table tennis are selected in this study. All athletes with physical disabilities who participate in the national championships will be recruited as subjects in this study. We plan there will be 400 athletes with physical disabilities complete the survey of sport injury. Methods of questionnaire, interview and actual evaluation of sports injury will be used for data collection. The quantitative and qualitative data are included in this study. Quantitative data consist of percentage of sports injury in different sports, reasons of sports injury, treatment of sports injury, the relationship between sports injury and classification, the relationships between the types of physical disabilities and sports injury, and the use of assistant devices (e.g., wheelchair, orthosis, crutch, strap) and sports injury. Qualitative data include the detailed analyses of reasons of sports injury and identify internal and external factors of sports injury. Through a systematic investigation of this study, sports injury of athletes in different disability sports, different severities of physical disabilities, the use of assistant devices, and different types of physical disabilities will be identified in greater depth. Thus, we may recommend athletes with physical disabilities in different sports to prevent from sports injury and reduce the possibility of sports injury and help the clinical practitioners to evaluate athletes with physical disabilities. |
