    摘要: 細本山葡萄Vitis thunbergii SIEB. & ZUCC.為葡萄科(Vitaceae)植物,又名小本山葡萄、小葉山葡萄、山葡萄等別名,其根莖具有清熱、利尿、袪濕、解毒、消腫止血、生肌之效。主治風濕關節痛、風濕痺痛、腳氣腫、肝炎黃疸、痢疾、淋病、小便不利、腫毒、跌打損傷,為台灣固有之民間用藥。
    本研究自細本山葡萄根部之甲醇粗抽物分離出的成分有lupeol(H-1)、ß-sitosterol(H-2)、l-dotriacontanol(H-3)、friedelin (C-1)、betulin(C-2)、 vanillic acid(EA-1)、caffeic acid(EA-2)等成分。由於過去對於細本山葡萄研究甚少,因此希望藉由細本山葡萄植物的化學成分研究,來確定其成分種類,進而了解細本山葡萄在醫療上的功效。而本研究實驗所分離出成分之藥理活性,則有待進一步之探討與確認。

    Vitis thunbergii SIEB. & ZUCC. is a native plant of Taiwan belonging to the Vitaceae family. It is a common folk medicine being used for rheumatism, hepatitis, jaundice, dysentery and blennorrhagia etc..
    From its methanolic extracts, seven compounds were isolated: lupeol(H-1), ß-sitosterol(H-2), l-dotriacontanol(H-3), friedelin(C-1), betulin(C-2), vanillic acid(EA-1) and caffeic acid(EA-2). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods.
    In the past, few reseaches were done on Vitis thunbergii SIEB. & ZUCC. Througt the chemical studies of the ingredients, the medical use of this plant can be understood. However, the pharmacological activities of the compounds isolated needs further investigation.
