    Title: 自我照顧之概念分析

    Abstract: 自我照顧概念已普遍應用在護理理論、研究與臨床實務中，然而由於每位學者的觀點不同，因而此概念有許多不同的概念性及操作性定義。本文依據Walker和Avant(1995)所提出的概念分析方法來進行自我照顧的概念分析，其目標在於界定此概念的定義特徵，提出典型、邊緣、相關及相反案例比較說明，確認前因和後果，以及列舉出常見之實證性參考資料。期透過此概念分析，能有助於理論的發展，並引導護理臨床實務及未來研究之應用。
