Abstract:	彰化某醫院精神科127名員工及眷屬在台中某飯店聚餐，因沙門氏菌的污染而引起集體食物中毒，對於此次的食物中毒事件，吾等採取了一套緊急處理流程：(A)在急性發作期(24小時內)採集了63位參與者的糞便檢體，9位直腸拭子及抽取38位參與者的血液檢體作培養，在接種後20小時即得知檢驗結果........
