    題名: 某醫學中心醫療團隊人員對專科護理師臨床專業能力滿意度之探討

    摘要: 專科護理師制度主要是要提昇醫療照護品質、醫病關係與醫療照護的可近性,預防及減少醫療照護上的失誤、落實醫療團隊合作精神。國內外研究報告專科護理師制度在病患或家屬之整體滿意度高,可是在醫療團隊中的期待的認知與滿意度尚未明確是促成此研究主要動機。本研究問卷內容效度(CVI)值為0.8981,信度採問卷內容一致性之檢測, 柯隆巴克(Cronbach’s)係數分別為:0.88 / 0.94 / 0.89。
    研究結果發現:
    (一)醫療團隊人員的「年資」、「總年資」、「職務別」對「專科護理師之制度」滿意度上有顯著差異。
    (二)醫療團隊人員的「年齡」、「性別」、「職務別」對「專科護理師臨床實務內容」滿意度上有顯著差異。
    (三)醫療團隊人員的「教育程度」、「職務別」對「專科護理師臨床專業能力表現」滿意度上有顯著差異。
    醫療團隊人員對專科護理師臨床專業能力滿意度之探討,顯示其結果是正向的,但實際臨床能力應再加強。

    The Nurse Practitioner system mainly needs to promote medical treatment care quality and cures illness a caring accessibility of the relation and medical treatment, preventing and reducing the error with the medical treatment care and carrying out the medical teamwork to cooperate spirit. The domestic and international research paper Nurse Practitioner system is high at the whole satisfaction of the patient or the family members, but in the expectant cognition in the medical teamwork and the satisfaction didn''t definitely yet is help realize main motive of this research.
    This research adopts use a questionnaire survey to the medical teamwork , its CVI is worth to 0.8981, and the questionnaire content consistency, Cronbach''s coefficient respectively is: 0.88 /0.94/0.89.
    The findings discovered that,
    (1)Medical team personnel "the period of service", "the total period of service", " professional title " " Nurse Practitioner system to the faculty" in the degree of satisfaction to have reveals the difference.
    (2)The medical treatment team personnel’s” age", "sex", " professional title " to there is obvious difference on” specialty the Nurse Practitioner clinical actual situation content" satisfaction.
    (3)Medical team personnel "the education level", " professional title "" Nurse Practitioner clinical specialized ability performance to the faculty" in the degree of satisfaction to have reveals the difference.
    The medical teamwork personnel discussion the Nurse Practitioner Clinical ability degree of satisfaction to the faculty, demonstrated its result is approaching ,but the actual clinical ability should again strengthen.
