    Abstract: 1H and 13C NMR assignments of the two isomeric epoxysitosterols, 5,6α-epoxy-5α-stigmastan-3β-ol (1) and 5,6β-epoxy-5β-stigmastan-3β-ol (2), isolated from the leaves of Rhododendron formosanum Hemsl were achieved by 1D and 2D techniques such as DEPT, HMBC, HMQC, COSY and NOESY.
