智慧型手機的應用程式提供多樣性與多種類的服務，也提供使用者各種便利的功能。本研究發展醫院行動掛號應用系統（App），有下列特點：適用不同醫院掛號系統、設計適合智慧型手機畫面的網頁、應用程式可立即進入所選醫院掛號系統完成掛號、當掛號失敗時不必重新找尋醫院網址即可選擇不同醫院進行再掛號。本研究使用Java Eclipse、Google Chrome二項程式設計工具發展掛號系統。以Android Java開發平台，建置應用程式，並安裝在行動裝置上。利用Google Chrome瀏覽器分析醫院掛號網頁之架構，並使用Java Eclipse程式設計平台解析出看診科別、醫師姓名、醫師看診時段與日期且顯示於手機畫面，提供給使用者做選擇。本行動掛號系統測試了七家醫院，並經由智慧型手機與平板電腦進行線上測試，且成功完成整個掛號與查詢的程序。本研究以資訊系統成功模式為基礎，從資訊品質、系統品質、使用意圖、使用者滿意度等構面評估本系統，探索資訊品質對使用意圖、資訊品質對使用者滿意度、系統品質對使用意圖、系統品質對使用者滿意度、使用意圖對使用者滿意度，與使用者滿意度對使用意圖之間的關係，研究結果結果均有顯著的正向影響。本應用程式介面設計友善，可藉由行動裝置Wi-Fi與3G行動網路，讓使用者可透過行動裝置上網預約掛號，同時醫院端也可以節省掛號人力與紙張成本，達到當今節能減碳之成效。
The application programs (App) for smart phones provide diverse and multiple services and various convenient functions. In this study, we developed an application program for hospital mobile registration with the various characteristics. It is suitable for different hospital registration systems. Users can directly make registration to a selected hospital. The webpages designed cna be browsed on smart phones and tablet computers. Users can switch directly to another hospital when registration fails. Java Eclipse and Google Chrome are employed to develop the registration system. Android Java is utilized as the developing platform. Google Chrome is the tool for analyzing the hospital webpage structure, and Java Eclipse is used to parse the webpage content in order to obtain information about departments, physicion names, schedules, and dates. In this study, we tested seven hospitals to validate our system's functions with smart phones and tablet computers. Based on Information System Success Model, the system was evaluated in various perspectives including information quality, system quality, intention of use, and user satisfaction. The outcomes of this research show significantly positive effects. The interface designed for this application program is friendly, and this mobile registration system can be used for online appointment making. Hospitals using this App can save human and paper costs.
