Abstract:	丑角性魚鱗癬是一種罕見的先天性魚鱗癬，病患常於出生後不久即死亡，病因迄今仍不明。本文報告台灣第一宗丑角性魚鱗癬之病例，並回顧文獻其臨床特征，處理與預後做進一步探討。 Harlequin ichthyosis, or harlequin fetus, is a relatively rare, severe form of congenital ichthyosis. Although the clinical features have been well described, very little is known about the pat ho genesis, clinical course, appropriate treatment and prognosis of harlequin ichthyosis because most of these babies with harlequin ichthyosis die within a few weeks of life. We herein report a case of harlequin ichthyosis, which we believe is the first such case in Taiwan.
