Abstract:	在台灣，肝癌是國人最常見的癌症疾病。除了維持健康良好的生活習慣外，定期接受健康檢查也是遠離疾病的方法之一。一般來說，電腦斷層影像為最普遍使用於肝癌診斷之工具，更重要的部份就是利用醫學影像界定出肝臟腫瘤的位置與邊界，以協助醫師在診斷、治療術前的資訊評估。在本研究中，發展一套針對肝臟腫瘤之影像分割的電腦輔助偵測系統，以達到在對肝臟腫瘤診斷與治療上，客觀且一致的結果。首先利用肝臟灰度值及隨機漫步(Random Walker)的方式，定位出初始的肝臟區域，接著對於截取出的肝臟區域作紋理分析，區別出正常肝組織及腫瘤部分，最後再次導入隨機漫步方式，求出最後的腫瘤輪廓。根據實驗結果，所獲得的平均準確率為85.6%，分割腫瘤區域的平均錯誤率為14.4%。 Hepatic Carcinoma is the most common cancer disease among Taiwan population. With a good and healthy daily life planning, having a regularly health exam can also keep the disease away. Generally speaking, Computer Tomography is the most commonly used instrument in the diagnosis, and the most important part is to define the location and contour of liver tumor, in order to assist the radiologists in diagnosis and pretreatment evaluation. In this study, we develop a semi-automatic computer-aided detection system, which is able to achieve an objective and consistent result in diagnosis and treatment of liver tumor. According to the experiment, the relative accuracy and error rate are 85.6% and 14.4%.
