摘要: | 本研究對十五種台灣民間常用青草藥具清熱涼血消炎止痛的藥用植物,進行抗氧化與抗發炎開發,其中包括三葉五加(五加科)、大黃鱔藤(鼠李科)、小葉黃鱔藤(鼠李科)、同蕊草(苦苣苔科)、珍珠蓮(桑科)、大葉楠蛇藤(衛矛科)、烏甜(馬鞭草科)、龍船花(馬鞭草科)、生毛將軍(菊科)、碎米莎草(莎草科)、疏花魚藤(豆科)、光葉魚藤(豆科)、細葉饅頭果(大戟科)、小毛蕨(金星蕨科)和金針根(百合科)。
各藥材之甲醇粗萃物,再依次以正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水進行液相-液相萃取,分別得到五個分層萃取物,再進行抗氧化活性評估,分析方法包括: DPPH自由基清除能力、Ferric reducing/antioxidant powder(FRAP)抗氧化能力、還原力測定、TEAC抗氧化能力測定與清除Sodium nitroprusside (SNP)生成NO之試驗和總多酚含量測定、黃酮醇含量測定與類黃酮含量測定,結果發現十五種藥用植物中以細葉饅頭果抗氧化效果最好,而其總多酚、總類黃酮含量亦高。以HPLC去評估細葉饅頭果的活性成分,實驗結果顯示細葉饅頭果的Protocatechyaldehyde(134.74μg)含量高於其他植物。
此外,細葉饅頭果對脂多醣體(lipopolysaccharides;LPS)誘導RAW264.7細胞具有抗發炎效果,抑制率有93.7%。
The aim of this study was evaluate antioxidant and anti-inflammatory of fifteen medicinal plants including Acanthopanax trifoliatus (L.) Merr., Berchemia racemosa magna, Berchemia lineata (L.) DC., Rhynchotechum discolor (Maxim.)Burtt, Ficus sarmentosa Buch.-Ham. ex J. E. Sm. var. henryi (King. ex D. Oliver) Corner, Vitex quinata (Lour.) F. N. Williams, Celastrus kusanoi Hayata, Clerodendrum kaempferi (Jacq.) Siebold ex Steud., Blumea hieraciifolia (D. Don.) DC., Cyperus iria Linn., Derris laxiflora Benth., Milletia nitida Benth., Glochidion rubrum Blume, Cyclosorus parasiticus(L.)Farw, and Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus L.
We evaluated the antioxidant activity of MeOH extract and sequential extracts of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, n-BuOH and H2O from fifteen medicinal plants. Five scavenging effects were determined including:1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activity, ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP), reducing power, trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) and nitric oxide (NO) scavenging activities by sodium nitroprusside (SNP) and analyzed of total phenolic, flavonoids and flavonol contents. The results showed G.rubrum exhibited best antioxidant activity and contained higher quantity of polyphenols and flavonoids. The HPLC methods were also applied to analyze the contest of the active components. The results show that active component Protocatechyaldehyde (134.74μg/mg) in the G. rubrum demonstrated the highest antioxidant activity. In addition, G.rubrum also had a stronger inhibitory effect(93.7%) in LPS-activated RAW264.7 cell. |
