    摘要: 台灣氣候溫和,四季物產豐富且具多樣性,許多天然植物中普遍含有大量多酚類化合物,這些多酚類化合物大多具有抗氧化活性與清除自由基功能,具有抗發炎,抗老化,預防心血管疾病,改善免疫功能及降低癌化效用;天然藥物的開發與應用已成為發展的趨勢。本研究的目的在於探討十六種青草藥甲醇萃取物之抗氧化活性,萃取物再分別為用正己烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水對提取物進行分層。我們藉進一步以體外試驗、細胞試驗及成分分析方面來探討16種藥用植物之抗氧化成分分析(總多酚類、類黃酮類及黃酮醇類的成分含量測定)、抗氧化能力分析(Trolox總抗氧化能力、DPPH自由基清除能力、FRAP抗氧化能力測定和NO清除能力測定)及抗發炎作用(細胞存活率試驗(MTT Assay)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)測定)。
    結果顯示,樣品的抗氧化活性可能與提取物中酚類物質含量有關,因此,總多酚類應是主要的抗氧化和抗發炎成分。
    Taiwan's mild climate, rich and diverse four seasons, many natural plant generally contains a large number of polyphenolic compounds, most of these polyphenolic compounds has antioxidant activity and free radical scavenging function with aging, the prevention of cardiovascular disease, improve immune function and reduce the effectiveness of carcinogenesis; the development and application of natural medicine has become the development trend. The purpose of this study is to investigate the methanol extract of 16 kinds of Chinese herbs antioxidant activity, extracts were n-hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water extracts of stratification. By further in vitro experiments, cell testing and component analysis to explore the 16 kinds of medicinal plants of the antioxidant component analysis (total polyphenols, flavonoids, and flavonols assay), antioxidant capacity (Trolox total antioxidant capacity, DPPH radical scavenging activity, FRAP antioxidant capacity determination and NO scavenging assay) and anti-inflammatory effects (cell viability test (MTT assay) and nitric oxide (NO) determination)。
    The sum of the results show that the antioxidant activity of samples may be related to the content of phenolic compounds in the extract, therefore, the total polyphenols should be the main antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities.
