摘要:	本研究目的在發展及建構適用於台灣本土化「志工團體與以醫院為基礎的精神社區居家訪視服務」之夥伴關係。本研究為三年期計畫，第一年在建構「台灣本土化志工團體與以醫院為基礎的精神社區居家訪視服務之夥伴關係」。第二年針對第一年成果，研擬志工團體「教育訓練方案」，針對志工團體提供三階段、為期6 個月的教育訓練方案。第三年依據第二年成果，將已完成教育訓練方案成員，依據第一年所建構的夥伴關係，實際執行介入方案。研究採實驗性研究設計，隨機分派實驗組（有介入方案）及對照組（無介入方案），並在方案介入前後進行前、後測。本研究採質量性同時進行的三角交叉研究法。質性研究法是以個別及焦點團體訪談方式收集資料；量性研究法則是以問卷方式收集資料。資料分析方面，質性資料中個別訪談是採Colaizzi’s（1978）分析法；焦點團體訪談是採質性內容分析法，小組成員亦同時進行「同儕辯証法」；量性資料則以 SPSS 17 版軟體進行分析，統計方法包含百分比、標準差、次數分布、卡方檢定、Pearson 相關係數、獨立及配對樣本t 檢定、簡單線性迴歸等。最後，本研究將發展出適用於台灣本土化之志工團體與以醫院為基礎的精神社區居家訪視服務夥伴關係，期能提升精神社區居家訪視服務的照護品質。 This study is aimed to develop and connect the partnership between volunteer groups and hospital-based community mental health home visiting services which is localized and can apply to Taiwan. This research is a three-year plan, the first year focused on constructing the Taiwan localized partnership between volunteer groups and hospital-based community mental health home visiting service. In the second year, according to the result in the first year to design and execute the three-stage, six-month education training program for the volunteer groups. In the three year, the volunteer groups who finished the education training program will execute the intervention program according to the partnership between volunteer groups and hospital-based community mental health home visiting services which connected in the first year. Research method adopted experimental research design, by random distribution way, the experimental group involves in the intervention program but the control group doesn’t. Furthermore, the pre-test and post-test research design are both in the experimental and control group. This study adopted triangulation method which means both qualitative and quantitative research method progress simultaneously. Qualitative research method includes individual and focus group interviews, and quantitative research method uses the questionnaires to collect data. Qualitative data will be analyzed by Colaizzi’s (1978) analysis method (for individual interviews) and qualitative content analysis (for focus group interviews). Peer debridfing is also performed between members in the group simultaneously. Quantitative data will be analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Several statistical methods will be used, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, chi-square test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, independent and dependent sample t test, and simple linear regression. Finally, the Taiwan localized partnership between volunteer groups and hospital-based community mental health home visiting service will be set up and could be referred to improve the care quality of community mental health home visiting service.
