張景岳為明朝溫補學派著名的醫家，其所著傷寒典的內容為廣義傷寒，以內經《素問‧熱論》為基礎，主張凡一切外感的疾病均以傷寒為總名，包括正傷寒，溫病暑病及瘟疫。故景岳《傷寒典》和仲景《傷寒論》名似而實有所不同。本文以《傷寒典》為研究資料的主要來源，參考景岳所著《景岳全書》、《類經》、《類經附翼》、《質疑錄》相關內容，對照現代期刊及其他傷寒醫家著作，以分析、比較、歸納、演繹等文獻研究方式，探討傷寒典的學術思想及用藥特點。
在學術思想方面，景岳治外感病特別重視虛證傷寒，其所論溫病屬《傷寒例》「伏氣溫病」範疇，其治病思想提倡扶正袪邪法，乃源自於東垣脾胃內傷學說，和景岳所創立的陰陽命門學說及真陰論，為《傷寒典》中獨特的學術創見。在方劑用藥上，本文從《傷寒典》歸納出七類解表發汗法，即辛散發汗、養血發汗、益氣發汗、補中發汗、溫陽發汗、滋陰發汗、清熱發汗等，並比較《傷寒典》和《傷寒論》兩者在解表用藥上的差異性。本文所獲結論，《傷寒典》治虛人感寒，兼補兼散方藥於現代臨床實際運用上，已獲初步良好的結果。
Abstract
Zhang Jing-Yue was a famous physician of warm-supplemetary school in Ming Dynasty. Based on Inner common Plain Questions, Treatise on Heat, the content of ShangHan Dian written by Zhang’s was a book broaded definition of shang han. The all disease caused by external contraction of the evil was common named shang han included truth shang han, spring warm disease, summer heat-heat, and scourge epidemic. It was different from Shang Han Lun wrote by Zhang Zhong-Jin.
This study takes ShangHan Dian as the main source materials. It consults relevant content of Jingyue Full Academic Book, The classified canon, Wing’s to the classified canon, wrote by Zhang Jing-Yue. Furthermore, it contrasts the modern periodical and other shang han practitioners’ book. By using inductive, deductive, comparative and analytical methods, this study aims to understand the medical thoughts and prescription.
In academic thought，Jing-Yue took the vacuity pattern of shang han into consideration when he treated external contraction disease. He consider heat disease was about of“latent qi warm disease”.The feather of his thinking process was “support right to dispel evil”.This thinking process was from Dong-Yuan’s theory of spleen-gastric internal damage, Zhong-Jin’s theory of life gate yin and life gate yang and Zhong-Jin’s ture yin lun. So this thinking process was the unique academic original idea in ShangHan Dian. In the medical using , the study got the conclusion of seven exterior resolution ,including warm acrid exterior resolution, supplementing blood and resolving the exterior, boosting qi and resolving the exterior, enriching center qi and resolving the exterior, warming yang and resolving the exterior, enriching yin and resolving the exterior, clearing heat and resolving the exterior. Another, the study discusses the difference between the use of medicine in the treatment of external contraction disease from ShangHan Dian to Shang Han Lun .From this study, discovery ShangHan Dian already got well clinical application effect in treatment of vacuous patients catch cold by using simultaneous supplementation and effusing drug. |
