Abstract:	自精神衛生法實施後，我國精神病患醫療照顧逐漸轉為病患回歸社區生活。精神病患離開機構回到社區後，多數是由家屬擔負主要照顧責任，因而也造成家屬照顧負荷。本研究採質性研究法，以中部某精神科專科醫院急診室參與強制處置之家屬為研究對象，選樣方法採立意取樣，共訪談6位家屬，以還原家屬參與精神病患強制處置過程之經驗。研究結果以照護病患的感受、面對病患問題的因應及期待改變等主題呈現與討論，可提供未來臨床工作及教學研究之參考。關鍵詞：精神病患、非自願性、被強迫的、強制處置、經驗、精神病患家屬、負荷、質性研究 Since the new edition of "Mental Health Act" taking place, the care of psychiatric patient was turned to emphasizes community mental health. Therefore, the family play the important role in taking care of the patients. This study used qualitative research methods to explore coercive measures for the psychiatric patients as experienced by the family members. Purposive sampling was used. Six family members, recruited from a psychiatric hospital emergency room at the middle of Taiwan, were interviewed. The results of this study were: Caring distress, coping with the patient's problems, expecting to chang. These results of this study may offer related knowledge for clinical work, teaching and research.
