Title:	宋代官修醫書考 The Comprehensive Research of Compiling Medical Books by the Government in Song Dynasty

Abstract:	宋代的官修醫書工作，在中醫發展史上扮演著關鍵角色。許多醫學經典皆經由宋代官方之校正，而成為今日所見到之版本；本草、方劑、針灸學上的重要著作，部分又為宋代官方編修之成果。宋代所達到的成就，不論在數量或品質上，都十分令人矚目。然而，其編修工作之內涵與成功之因素究竟為何，似未有相關著作深入探討。是故，本研究之目的為：全面分析影響宋代官修醫書工作之因素，進一步找出宋代官修醫書之特色，以作為現代醫藥文獻整理工作之參考。本研究藉由瀏覽史書，如《宋史》、《續資治通鑑長編》、《宋會要輯稿》，查考政書、類書，如《宋大詔令集》、《文獻通考》、《玉海》，並選擇現存官修醫書中版本較佳者，如影宋刊本、精校本、手抄本，以獲得可信度較高之資訊。又為全面收集其他醫書、文集、筆記小說、地方志中之資料，選用「四庫全書電子資料庫」（3.0版，迪志文化，2006）作為檢索工具，嗣後則找出原書逐一校對。最後則蒐羅書目如《直齋書錄解題》、《郡齋讀書志》、《宋以前醫籍考》中之提要或其收錄之文獻。所有資料按照時序排列建檔，並依類別分項整理，互相參照分析。研究結果顯示：宋代官方之右文政策、皇帝之尚醫，以及當時的文化、科技發展，皆提供編修醫書之良好條件。有宋一代，總計共編修醫書30種，北宋時主要由皇帝下詔主導編修工作，而南宋時私家之自主性校勘漸多。體制方面，宋代醫藥、文書機構已相當健全，有利於編修工作之進行；而編修團隊則多以儒臣與醫官共同組成，兼採二者之長。宋臣廣泛蒐集文獻、採用多種方法編修醫書，工作認真，其成果亦大多刊行，使得醫學文獻得以流傳；然其間以己意擅改書中之內容，使得臨床之實用性提高，卻也減低了文獻學上的價值。綜合各項因素分析，可發現宋代官方的態度積極，充分利用當時的條件，並發揮國家力量之優勢，精選優秀人才，配合各項措施，故能將編修醫書的工作推向新的高峰。 The work of compiling medical books by the government in Song dynasty plays a critical role in Chinese medical history. A lot of medical classics which we read today have gone through the process of proofreading by the government in Song dynasty. The achievement of Song dynasty is really outstanding no matter in amount or quality. The research discusses the work of compiling medical books by the government in Song dynasty about its background, different stages, related organizations, participants, compiling process, and methods. The outcome are as follows: first, the conditions in Song Dynasty are suitable for compiling medical books; second, the government pays much attention to the work of revising and editing medical books; third, the governmental system is well-developed; and fourth, most of the participants work hard. Hence, the government in Song Dynasty can achieve such a great accomplishment.
