中西醫結合以及將中醫和中醫診斷學相關研究科學化的議題,近幾十年來一直被討論著。這幾年,已經有許多學者在脈象診斷方面,分析了經由科學且客觀的方法所測得的脈象數據,並分析這些透過脈診儀所得到的脈波,探討這些脈波訊號的生理及病理相關性。
本研究作者測量罹患呼吸窘迫症候群新生兒及未罹患呼吸疾病新生兒的脈波,將脈波的時域圖轉換為頻域圖後,參考王唯工教授的器官共振假說,深入探討罹患呼吸窘迫症候群的新生兒脈波資料。根據這些資料期望能以中醫觀點合理的解釋新生兒呼吸窘迫症的病理特點。
The issues that integrating the western medicine and Chinese medicine as well as conducting the research on Chinese medicine in a scientific way are commonly discussed for these decades. Recently, some researchers have tried to analyze the measured pulse data in scientific and objective methods for the pulse diagnosis. Among them, some researchers had analyzed the pulse spectrum with a sphygmography and explored the relationship among the pulse spectrum, the human physiology and the pathology.
In this research, the author extracted the data of the pulse spectra from two groups, a group of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) subjects and a group of healthy ones. After transferring the pulse data from time-domain into frequency-domain, and referring to the hypothesis proposed by Dr. Wang, Wie-Kong (2002), the author deeply investigated the pulses data of the RDS group. It was expected to explain the pathology in a reasonable manner based on the data from the TCM point of view.
