Abstract:	以事件相關腦電位(ERP)結合反應時間紀錄的時間測量法(chronometry)，為一適於研究神經中樞自刺激之區辨直至動作決策機制。ERP波中的P300更是常被用看作評估刺激所需的時間指標。ERP的研究顯示，刺激評估(stimulus evaluation demand)與反應的要求(execution demand)分別影響反應決策機制的不同階段。此外，之前ERP的研究多用慣用手執行反應。但研究顯示，使用左手或右手時之間的動作相關電位如CNV(contingent negative variation)有很大的差異，因此本研究的設計為在兩手並用的情況下測量ERP。
