Abstract:	行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會自93年推動建構中藥用藥安全環境五年計畫，至今已進行五年，即將告一段落，為落實研究成果與全民共享，加強建構中藥法規之適用環境，提升藥事人員中藥法規知識，協助業者了解法規趨勢，促進產業開發及進入國際市場，本年度將舉辦「2009中藥產業法規宣導暨中藥用藥安全環境計畫成果發表會」，邀請93~97年過去五年曾執行「行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會建構台灣中藥用藥安全環境計畫」之主持人，將其研究成果以口頭或壁報方式展示，並印製中英文論文摘要集；另邀請中藥專家學者就國內外「中藥新藥」、「中藥查驗登記」、「中藥廠查核實務」及「中藥飲片炮製」等相關法規之四大議題進行特別演講。另亦舉辦「中醫藥法律規章及執行查緝宣導教育座談會」，邀請行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會委員、中藥相關專家學者、製藥公會代表及中藥公會代表20~30人等相關人士，共同討論不合時宜的中藥法規及其修法方向（符合市場需求及品質管制），並研議行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會99年「中醫藥法律規章及執行查緝宣導教育」政策發展與研究方向，提供行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會未來之參考。為使計畫能順利進行，將成立7人之產官學諮詢小組，除中醫藥界人士外，也邀請法律界代表參加，協助督導計畫之實施。 Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy Department of Health started a 5 year project to set up a Chinese crude drug environment in 2004. In order to share the achievement with the general public and enhance the suitability of the regulation, and elevate the understanding of the general practitioners, help the pharmaceutical companies to know the worldwide trend to promote their products overseas, CCMP will sponsor “2009 Promotion of Law and Regulation of Chinese Herbal Industry and Exposition of Drug Safety Project Achievement”. The principal investigators of the related projects will be invited to present their achievement orally or in poster format. Their Chinese and English abstract will be compiled. In the Symposium, experts will be invited to address on New Chinese herbal drug, registration of herbal preparations, inspection of GMP facilities and processing of Chinese crude drugs. A panel discussion on law and regulation of Chinese herbal industry and promotion of investigation results will be held. 20 to 30 experts in related field will be invited. Unsuitable laws will be recommended for revision. The major aims and priorities on law and regulation of Chinese herbal industry and promotion of investigation results in 2010 will be discussed. All suggestions will be provided to CCMP for future reference. To facilitate the smooth running of the project, a 7 member consultant committee will be set up. Besides TCM related experts, law experts will also be invited to provide their expertise.
