    Abstract: 本計畫最主要之目標在於研討革新的醫學學習模式在國內之可行性,把「問題導向學習」和「數位學習」之結合。一方面達到教育革新,又可減少空間、時間和師資不足的困擾。國外醫學院一直都在找尋許多新的教育方法,讓這無窮成長的「身體知識」得於傳遞於學生。「問題導向學習」problem-based learning (PBL)方法成為最快且適合運用在醫學教育上來代替傳統的講議導向式(lecture-based)的教學。在「問題導向學習」下教授不指定課本,學生的學習來源可從各種專題課本、圖像表、醫學期刊,網際網路的醫療資源,網路學習同儕(Network Community-Oriented )及病患。

    The research is to evaluate the value and solution of problem-based learning in medical education in our country. We take the advantage of internet technology to integrate this problem-based learning model with eLearning technology, to revolute a new teaching model, to improve the quality of teaching, to overcome the shortage of clinical teacher, and to solve the problem of the space and time limitation. The medical experts have found hard, to generate an easy and fast way to transfer their knowledge to the new generation. Problem-based learning was found to be the fastest and most value way to transfer the knowledge. We create an environment that the students was learning through the internet resource, internet image, online medical journal, internet peer groups, and dataware house of electronic medical record, without any lectural notes given.
