    Title: 一條根之護肝功能評估
    Evaluation the Hepatoprotective Action of I-Tiao-Ken

    Abstract: 本研究探討闊葉大豆(金門產一條根) 50 % 乙醇粗萃物對大鼠慢性肝炎的影響。慢性肝炎的誘導是大鼠每週經口投予四氯化碳 (20 % 溶於橄欖油;0.2 ml / 100 g 體重) 兩次,全程八週。實驗全程,大鼠每日經口投予豆闊葉大豆50 % 乙醇粗萃物(500、1000、1500 mg/kg)。實驗結果顯示,豆闊葉大豆50 % 乙醇粗萃物對四氯化碳誘發大鼠慢性肝炎,所引起的血清GPT、GOT上升,白蛋白減少,及脾臟腫大、肝臟蛋白質含量減少及膠原蛋白增加等皆無改善的效果。

    The purpose of this study was to determine amelioarative effects of 50 % ethanol extracts of Glycine tomentella (EGT)on chronic hepatitis induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in rats. CCl4 (20%, 0.5 ml / rat) was given twice a week for eight weeks, and animals received EGT (500, 1000, 1500 mg/kg) through the whole experimental period. EGT showed no reducing actions on the elevated levels of GOT and GPT caused by CCl4 . Liver fibrosis in rats induced by CCl4 led to the drop of serum albumin concentration, the EGT can not increase the albumin concentration in serum. Liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 markedly increases the weight of spleen in rats, EGT can not decrease the rat?H?Hs spleen weights. The CCl4 induced liver fibrosis may decrease the protein content, and increase collagen contents in rat?H?Hs liver. EGT did not effect the contents of protein and collagen in the liver. All these results clearly demonstrated that the EGT did not ameliorate the liver fibrosis in rats induced by CCl4.
