    Abstract: 槲皮素廣泛分布於植物界,主要以配醣體的形式存在。槲皮素配醣體必須於腸道中水解成槲皮素方能吸收。槲皮素有調控CYP3A4 與Pgp 之作用,先前本實驗室之研究發現槲皮素顯著降低環孢靈之生體可用率。金絲桃草、銀杏葉與洋蔥皆含有槲皮素配醣體,因此本研究之目的乃為評估金絲桃草、銀杏葉與洋蔥於大鼠體內是否與環孢靈發生動力學交互作用。大鼠經口服或靜脈注射單獨投予環孢靈及經口併服金絲桃草、銀杏葉與洋蔥。給藥後於預定時間點,分別以心臟穿刺或頸靜脈採血。利用單株抗體螢光偏極免疫分析法定量血中環孢靈之濃度。大鼠併服金絲桃草、銀杏葉與洋蔥時,顯著降低口服環孢靈之生體可用率,而當靜脈注射投予環孢靈併服金絲桃草、銀杏葉與洋蔥時,則對環孢靈動力學無顯著影響,顯示交互作用主要發生在吸收部位。服用環孢靈的病人,應注意金絲桃草、銀杏葉與洋蔥之攝取,以確保環孢靈芝療效。

    Chronic nasal stuffiness is the most often seen problem in nasal clinic. Allergic rhinitis, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, deviated nasal septum and chronic paranasal sinusitis with polyps are the four major causes of chronic nasal stuffiness. Beside deviated nasal septum, which is a surgery treated problem, medication is the first choice in treating those diseases. Surgery is recommended when medication fails. It was estimated that up to 10-20 % Taiwanese are suffered from allergic rhinitis. The children group may be higher as 40 %. The prevalence may go higher due to industrialization. In US, the annual expenditure on nasal surgery was around 60 billions US dollars. Early treatment of nasal problem will reduce the expensive health care expenditure. The researchers are looking for better medicines to provide better control of those nasal problems. Huaihua is the dried flower buds of Sophora japanoca L. Its pharmacological activity includes reducing vessel permeability, anti-inflammation, and anti-allergy.
