    Title: 社區化就業於精神病患之應用-就業服務員之觀點;The Experiences of Employment Specialist With Psychiatric Patients in Supported Employment Model

    Abstract: 工作是生活中很重要的一部份,但是,對精神病患而言,卻是很難達成的,有超過7成的精神病患是處於失業的狀態。許多研究指出,專業人員為精神病患設計的職業復健計劃成功率不高。研究也指出,在職業復健計劃中,就業服務員扮演很重要的角色;支持性就業被視為是獲得競爭性工作最有潛力的模式。本研究的目的是探討就業服務員輔導精神病患從事社區化就業的經驗。採用質性研究法,使用非結構性的訪談,以立意取樣的方式,訪談了十位分別來自於七個機構的就業服務員。研究結果指出,專業人員的態度、精神病患本身的特性、雇主的接受度、家人的支持度以及獎勵措施是很重要的,而且足以影響社區化就業的成果。了解就業服務員輔導精神病患就業的經驗,有助於增加護理知識,以及提供有效的護理措施幫助精神病患改善在社區中的生活。; Work is an important part of life, but it is difficult to achieve for people with mental illness. There are over 70% of People with mental illness experiencing unemployment. Several studies indicated that vocational rehabilitation programs for people with mental illness had showed limited success. Studies demonstrated that employment specialists played an important role during vocational rehabilitation programs. Recently, studies had showed that, to access competitive work, supported employment was the potential model for people with mental illness. The purpose of this study was to explore the process of supported employment for people with mental illness as experienced by employment specialists in Taiwan. A qualitative research was used to guide the study and in-depth interview was used to collect data. A purposive sampling was used to recruit ten employment specialists from seven employment service institutions and hospitals. The results indicated that attitudes of professionals, characteristics of people with mental illness, acceptance of employers, family support, and incentives for supported employment programs were important factors to influence the vocational outcomes of supported employment. Understanding the supported employment for people with mental illness as experienced by employment specialist, we can increase nursing knowledge and provide effective nursing interventions for people with mental illness to improve their lives in community.
