    Title: 台灣醫院藥局實體環境對藥事人員執業之影響;The Influence of Physical Environments of Hospital Pharmacies on Hospital Pharmacists in Taiwan

    Abstract: 於一般服務業中,實體環境設施所扮演的角色能影響所有的接觸者產生正向或負向之行為,若將之操控得宜,則實體環境便能夠正面的去引導所有的接觸者之行為,並且為特殊之服務創造一個獨特印象與風格。本研究主要目的為欲瞭解台灣醫院藥局的執業藥事人員對於其醫院藥局藥事執業實體環境的知覺與感受,並進一步探討對其工作滿意度、工作意願以及工作壓力等之影響力。以期能促進醫院藥局管理者及高層藥事政策制訂者對於醫院藥局藥事人員實體執業環境的重視。 本研究為橫斷面研究,並以分層系統抽樣方式選定全台灣評鑑地區醫院(含)以上之地區醫院、區域醫院、醫學中心以及精神專科醫院的藥事人員為研究對象。共發出1,100份問卷,總計回收有效問卷179份,回收率為16.13%。透過問卷調查醫院藥局藥事人員對於其藥事執業實體環境的滿意度、藥事執業滿意度、工作意願、壓力感受與藥事人員基本屬性等相關資料,並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森相關係數、因素分析、複迴歸分析等統計方法來分析。 研究結果顯示,醫院藥局實體執業環境與醫院藥局藥事人員的執業生涯滿意度、欲離職之念頭以及欲縮減工作時數的想法,在統計上達顯著相關。而在其他控制變項上,本研究發現在醫院藥局藥事人員欲縮減工作時數的想法,與其工作內容類型、每天工作時數以及學歷有關;另外醫院藥局藥事人員工作壓力的感受,與其年齡、每天工作時數與醫院層級有關。 本研究結果對醫院管理者建議有兩點:一、提升藥事實體執業環境之水準。二、針對藥事人員人口特徵學安排藥事職務。; In the service industry, the design of physical environment has largely influenced people’s behavior positively or negatively. Good physical environmental design could be impressed by employees and customers and lead to a functional dynamics. This study was aimed to explore the satisfaction of Taiwan hospital pharmacists to their physical working environments of the pharmacies, which would be further examined the relationship to hospital pharmacists’ job satisfaction, job willingness, and job pressure. This is a cross-sectional study using individual hospital pharmacists as unit of analysis. Stratified systematic sampling design was performed. One thousand and one hundred pharmacists were surveyed with the developed structured questionnaires, and 179 responded (responding rate=16.13%). Data of the hospital pharmacists’ satisfaction toward physical working environments, job satisfaction, job willingness and job pressures were collected. Description statistics, independent-sample t test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed in this study. The results showed that the satisfaction of hospital pharmacies toward physical working environment was related to the hospital pharmacists’ job satisfaction, leaving intention and intention to decrease the work hours in this study. It was found that hospital pharmacists’ job content, work hours, and educational background were associated with hospital pharmacists’ intention to decrease the work hours. And hospital pharmacists’ age, work hours and hospital level were associated with hospital pharmacists’ job pressure. It suggests that hospital managers should create a functional physical working environment in hospital pharmacies, especially reconsidering pharmacists’ demographics.
