    摘要: 2002年在我國因二鄰氯苯胺甲烷(4,4’-Methylene bis(2-chloroaniline),MOCA)造成疑似職業性膀胱癌案例,亦是全世界首例。因此建立穏定和精確的採樣分析方法有其急迫性需求。 本研究針對二鄰氯苯胺甲烷做採樣及分析方法改進之研究,以改進現行法規中各種採樣建議方法,使其更能精確評估作業環中勞工暴露濃度,並同時探討較簡易的萃取和採樣方法之可行性。 本研究以玻璃纖維濾紙進行採樣,並以甲醇萃取樣品,使用高效液相層析儀和紫外-可見光偵測器進行樣品的分析。經實驗評估,檢量線線性相關係數高於0.999以上,偵測極限可達16.74 ng,再現性之變異係數低於0.46%,在三種PEL濃度之回收率可介於100.1%至101.6%之間,濃度變異係數(CV%)及分析變異係數(CVa%)分別在1.22和1.0%以下。玻璃纖維濾紙樣品置於室温,儲存穏定性可維持28天,QC樣本之變異係數低於3.75%,短時間二重複分析之相對差異百分比可在0.5%以內,在MOCA的捕集上,玻璃纖維濾紙具有良好的效果。; 2002 A.D. in Taiwan, a worker who deals with the manufacture of 4,4’-Methylene bis(2-chloroaniline),MOCA, suspected developing bladder cancer, and this was the first case occurred over the world. Therefore, it is anxious to establish a sampling and analytical method with reliable stability and accuracy for MOCA. For evaluating the exposure concentration more precisely and conferring the feasibility of an easy way for sampling and extracting, the purpose of this study focused on the sampling and analytical method of MOCA, and modified methods used currently. In our study, MOCA particle was sampled by glass fiber filters, extracted by methanol and analyzed with HPLC-UV detector. After the evaluations, the relative linear correlation of calibration was higher than 0.999, detect limit was 16.74 ng, and the correlation variation of reproducibility was 0.46%. The recoveries of three different PEL concentrations are between in 100.1~100.6%, the coefficient of variation of concentrations and analysis is 1.22 and 1.0% respectively. The stability of samples stored on glass fiber filters would sustain for 28 days. The coefficient of variation of QC samples is lower than 3.75%, at the same time, the RPD of short-term duplicate analysis is lower than 0.5%. Glass fiber filters had good outcomes in the sampling of MOCA.
