| 摘要: | 現存我國中醫藥典籍共約1萬2千多種，閱讀不易，許多同一疾病主題的中醫藥研究，常因選取的參考資料不同，而有不同的說法，研究結果也缺乏可比較性，而古籍的探研卻是發揚中國醫學不可缺少的重要工作，今天透過電腦將大量中醫典籍建檔後，利用電腦資訊可大量儲存中醫文獻，及快速搜尋的功能，在作適當的設定後可達全面快速閱讀的結果。 本論文以八本中醫辭典，衛生署中醫典籍資訊資料庫(82本書)，大陸中華醫典電子資料庫(731本書)，自建檔的「歷代名方15,403方電子資料庫」，作為材料，選取與現今流行之肝疾較為相近之中醫”黃疸”證為例，作單一疾病的電腦典籍整理歸納方法的探究。 以「疸、癉」作為本研究之關鍵詞，將電腦典籍中的相關資料設計成14個項目分欄：「病名、出典、章節、年代、病因、證候、脈象、辨證、預後、治療、方劑、針灸、醫案、其他(包括禁忌、食療、保健、護理等)」，匯入原先經設計的中醫藥典籍研究程式病症分析系統，在設計的多樣功能下做統合交叉分析研究。 輸入程式中的黃疸文獻分欄資料，總共1,256筆資料，歸納整理出：122個黃疸類病名、黃疸證候統計、171個黃疸治療方劑、其組成281種藥物，並用自建15,403方的電子資料庫作結果比對；方劑對應方證的整理組合，列出歷代醫家使用此方劑時之見證。 本研究開發運用電腦來歸納分析整理大量中醫典籍資料，以呈現出臨床治療經驗中的的治法、方藥，作溯古後再創新的準備工作，提供給不同需要的研究人員作為客觀、全面的參考資料。; Today, we have about 12,000 kinds of classic Chinese medical records. It is impossible to read all such large amount books. Each disease has different theories in the different information, which decrease the chance to compare and discussion of the researches that based on different sources. Discovering the ancient resources is an important work to the Chinese medical science. Trough the high technology today, computerization of the classic Chinese medical records helps us easily to search all the information in the past records quickly. Here, the resources include 8 classic Chinese medical dictionaries, 83 Chinese medical computerization codes by the ROC. department of health , 731 Chinese medical computerization codes by the mainland China and 15,403 prescriptions computerization data base. Jaundice which closing to the liver disease in Chinese medical codes was discussed in my study. “Dean” (疸)and “Dahn”(癉) in Chinese were the two focus words in this study. We divided the data from the above-mentioned computerization codes to 14 items which are “the disease name, the source of the literature, the chapter, the years, the pathology, the symptoms, the pulse signal, the presage of disease, the method of treatment, the prescription, the acupuncture point, the cases and the others (it contains taboo, food treatment, nursing….. etc. )”. We have the 1,256 documents of conclusion and came out 122 names about jaundice, the statistics of disease symptoms, 171 prescriptions and 281 kinds of Chinese medicines. This is a new development to organize all the amount of classic Chinese medical theories and analysis by computer. It also shows the actual medical practices and the useful medicine. People can make use of this way to find their needs and an overall classic Chinese medical information to carry on the heritage so as to pave the way for future generations. |
