Abstract:	一種半拋棄式針筒，主要係將針筒設為二段式,藉內部設有以韌性材質製成之乳膠薄膜環與潤滑劑之套蓋，結合套設於針筒的前端，利用該針筒抽吸藥品時，該具有高度韌性之乳膠薄膜環隨推桿後拉而吸附於筒壁上,有效隔離藥物與筒體，令藥物及回流血液無法污染針筒，在拔除套蓋後可回收針筒再用者。
