摘要:	氣機升降學說爲中醫法礎與臨床實踐之核心概念，歷代在針灸與用藥的領域皆有豐富的臨床實踐。但用藥者強調臟腑的氣機表現與反應，用針者則著重於補瀉對經脈氣機的調暢，二者分別有完整的氣機升降之生理病理模型，與對應的治療方針，然而其間的相關性描述卻付之闕如。透過經絡學說與後人對於經絡實質的討論，可試將經絡臟腑間的氣機升降關係作一連結，而得以說明爲何施針投藥雖方法不同，卻得以處理相同問題。然而，此架構雖可解釋其間連繫，但詳細運作機制仍待進一步研究探討。 Ascending and Descending of functional activities of Qi, a basic theory of Chinese medicine, has abundant clinical application in acupuncture and pharmaceutical prescription. But it seems has different hypothesis of Qi circulation between viscera system and meridium system, even each of them has had complete physio-pathological model and treatment principles. Besides, there relationship is unknown. With the broadwide concept of meridium, it could connect these two sub-models to well interpret how the signal communicate around our body. However, it should be more research to reveal what the mechanism really is.
