The studies material (dendrobinm monile Kraenzl) was offered by the college of pharmacy, Nihon University. Meristem on the original plant for tissue culture and multiply the shoots for plants out successes. Inoculation of the explants onto the best medium is B5+BA. It grow about to 2 cm should be transfer to G-3 medium. And after 90 day, it grows about to 5 cm. Cut off roots and leaf for the stem cutting and transfer to G-3 medium. And after 90 days, it grows about to 5 cm. Cut off roots and leaf for the stem cutting and transfer to B5+BA(1，2.5，5.0，10mg/L)+sucrose(20g/L).Each cutting stem multiplied 3~4 shoots. Liquid medium for the PLB used B5+BA(2.5mg/L) was better. However, Higher, concentration of BA will affect the shoots to die. The studies had established the multiplication and planting out for habituation from the growth of cutting stem. The average 5 cm of shoot can be amplified 500 folds through the culture system. Next study will try the planting out plants situate natural environment and continue to discuss flowering to seeding.
