    Title: Interfacial Stress Analysis for Resin Composite Polymerization in Various MOD Cavity Configurations

    Abstract: 當填補複合樹脂時,窩洞設計的形狀、深度與寬度皆可能影響複合樹脂收縮力的大小與分布,造成介面鍵結破壞或邊緣縫隙產生。咬合力等因素加入下,更可能導致齒質斷裂等破壞。本研究依不同MOD窩洞深度與寬度條件,建構了36組的有限元素模型,結果發現複合樹脂聚合收縮時,其殘餘齒質之最高應力值集中於牙髓腔壁與軸向壁之夾角,而窩洞深度與寬度對界面應力的影響為,寬度愈寬其界面張應力值愈低,而深度可能存在一最佳化之設計。
