Abstract:	本研究之目的是以氣相層析質譜儀分析尿液中DMF原形物、NMF、丙酮及丁酮原形物。分別進行將標準品添加於試劑水及尿液二種不同基質中，製備標準溶液進行分析，並比較兩者間的相關性。本研究將探討的參數包括：氣相層析質譜儀器分析條件設定、檢量線濃度範圍、精密度、準確度、尿液及試劑水中兩種基質之檢量線線性相關性。丙酮、丁酮、DMF、NMF於試劑水及尿液兩種基質檢量線相關性、檢量線範圍、線性迴歸係數、方法偵測極限、回收率、精密度、準確度等結果，將於報告中呈現。使用氣相層析質譜儀分析尿液中丙酮、丁酮、DMF、NMF具可行性。
