    Abstract: 本實驗探討槲蕨、崖薑蕨、杯狀蓋陰石蕨及大葉骨碎補70%酒精萃出物對雌幼鼠鈣吸收及對去卵巢母鼠誘發骨質疏鬆的影響。崖薑蕨、杯狀蓋陰石蕨及大葉骨碎補能增加幼鼠的鈣吸收、鈣吸收率及鈣滯留量。崖薑蕨及大葉骨碎補能預防母鼠去卵巢引起的骨質疏鬆。

    In this study, we examined the 70% ethanolic extract of Drynaia fortune (DF) Pseudodrynaria coronans (PC), Humata griffithiana (HG) and Davallia divaricata (DD) on calcium absorption in femal young rats and osteoporosis in ovariectomized (OVX) rats. PC, HG and DD could increase calcium (Ca) absorption, Ca absorption rate and Ca retention. In addition, PC and DD significantly prevented the osteopororsis induced by overacetomized rats.
