摘要: | 奈米技術已成為21世紀的關鍵技術之一,對各個領域的科技進步具有極重要的指標意義。奈米技術可以應用於醫學、藥學、中草藥等醫療用途。有關微(奈)米中藥的粒徑大小,將直接影響物性、藥效、用藥安全及品質評估。爰此,衛生署中醫藥委員會為建立中草藥微奈米化之各項背景依據,以作為制定政策之參考,特於建構中藥用藥安全環境五年計畫項下推行中藥製程開發機制計畫。本整合型研究預計進行保肝中藥微(奈)米化技術開發及安全性研究,分項計畫包括:保肝中藥微(奈)米化製程與粒徑分析(子計畫 1)與保肝中藥微(奈)米化之分析研究(子計畫2)及保肝中藥微(奈)米化之細胞毒性研究(子計畫3),比較傳統與微(奈)米化兩者間之差異,選擇具有保肝作用之三黃瀉心湯(組成藥材:大黃、黃連、黃芩)等作為微奈米化的標的物,經過微奈米化進行安全性研究作為未來中草藥製程開發之依據,並據以開發保肝中藥資源為目標,期望能完成中藥奈米米製程技術之開發及安全性研究。 本子計畫將配合其他子計畫,於各階段微奈米化製程產品之HPLC成分分析,並與第一、三子計畫建立參考資訊,掌握微奈米化製程與成分、細胞、動物評估間之關聯性,建立中草藥奈米製程產品之評估與技術平台。
Nanotechnology is one of the modern technology in 21 Century. Nanotechnology covers a wide range of industries, and therefore the potential benefits are also widespread, including Medicne, Pharmacy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Compared with traditional substance, nanosizing substance has different properties. Nanosizing Chinese medicine have a larger surface area and easy to be absorbed. Property comparisons between the nano-scale Chinese medicine and the Chinese medicine by conventional extraction process are then executed through chemical analysis. Therefore, Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, DOH, Executive Yuan, Taiwan, sets the rules for nano-size chinese medicine and refer to make the policy. Under the program of Five-Year Plan of Establishing Medication Safety Environment of Chinese Medicine to promote the project on preparation of nano-chines medicine.This project integrates three tasks, project one is implemented to fabricate nano-scale chinese medicine, project two is to analyze the maker comporents of nano-size Chinese medicine, project three is to evaluate the toxicity of hepatoma cell, between traditinel and nano particle size. San Huang Xie Xin Tang is a hepatoprotective Chinese medicine consists of Da Huang (Rheum palmatum), Huang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis), and Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis). Dry granding and wet granding methods will be implemented to fabricate nano-scale Chinese herbal medicine. The raw materials are dried first following by grinding with nano grinding machine to produce micro and nano-scale herbal powders. The distributions of the diameters of the nano-size particles will be examined by the nano characteristization equipments such as TEM and SEM. In project two, to establish HPLC analysis method for nano-scale Chinese medicine, and to integrate the results of project one and three will also under considerarion. This project will establish methods for preparing nano-scale Chinese medicine, quality control. and safety evaluation. |
