| 摘要: | 中草藥科技發展目前已列入我國國家發展重點，如何將中草藥科技發展進行有制度效率之管理，以提昇我國之國際競爭力，已成為當前重要之課題。本研究計畫將由主持人及其他相關團體成員共同組團，赴大陸地區實地考察參訪中醫藥科技、信息及管理部門，並收集目前大陸地區科技發展管理相關訊息。本計畫擬赴大陸國家中醫藥管理局、中國中醫研究院暨中醫藥資訊研究所；南京中醫藥大學、南京中國藥科大學；亳州中藥集散市場及GMP中藥飲片工廠；河南中醫學院、四大懷藥栽培加工；甘肅中醫學院及隴西縣中藥栽培基地；廣州中醫藥大學中藥臨床試驗中心、廣州藥品檢驗所等單位進行考察，收集大陸中草藥科技發展相關資料，包括中醫藥科技預算、研究成果及大陸中醫藥已達SCI標準之期刊及其編輯經驗，以供我國培養中醫藥科技管理人才參考使用。
This project will organize a team of 11 members to visit Mainland China and collected information relating to modern technology, information and management in Chinese medicine. We will visit State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine of People？H？Hs Republic of China, Institute of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Pharmaceutical University, Bo-Chou Chinese Herbs Market, He-Nang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gan-Su College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Longxi Chinese Herb Cultivating Center, Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicne and its GCP Center and Guanzhou Coastal Institute for Drug Control. The information will collect included policy management of TCM technology, organization of research institutes in TCM, research projects, achievements, personnel and budget, libraries and information management, transition of experience of senior experts in TCM, GCP and GCP centers and SFDA related areas, SCI levels journals and medical hospitals and facilities in TCM. The information collected will be helpful for the Health Bureau Authorities. |
