    Abstract: (一) 基原鑑定。 (二) 探討金錢豹之急性毒性及半數致死劑量(LD50)。 (三) 探討金錢豹之28天餵食毒性試驗(28-day feeding toxicity study)。 (一) 完成土黨參之基原鑑定。 (二) 完成土黨參之口服急性毒性及半數致死劑量(LD50)。 (三) 完成土黨參之28天口服餵食小鼠之毒性試驗。

    In the present study, We investigated the origin and safety of Codonopsis javaica (Bl.) J.D. Hooker subsp. japonica (Maxim ex Mak.) Lamoaners by using mophological and anatomy, LD50 and subacute toxicity after 28 days treatment in mice.
